Senior BIM Modeller - Public Health & Fire

JOB PURPOSE
Create and maintain high-quality BIM models for public health and fire protection systems that prioritise accuracy, consistency and compliance with project standards, ensuring models support design and construction workflows.
Be responsible for the development and maintenance of public health and fire BIM models across a diverse portfolio of built environment projects throughout the Middle East.
Support project delivery through accurate model creation, family development and drawing extraction whilst ensuring model quality and consistency with project BIM standards.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Public Health Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in BIM Modelling within a building services environment.
Strong knowledge of public health and fire protection systems and their BIM representation.
Proficiency in BIM software such as:
Revit (MEP specialism)
AutoCAD
Navisworks
Dynamo (advantageous)
Experience in developing and maintaining Revit families and templates.
Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 / LOD standards.
Familiarity with UAE / GCC codes and regulations related to Public Health and Fire Protection system design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for public health and fire protection systems.
Create and update:
Public health model elements and assemblies
Fire protection system models
Drainage system models
Water storage system models
Develop and maintain Revit families and parametric components.
Generate technical drawings, sections and schedules from models.
Support clash detection activities through model preparation and clean-up.
Maintain model standards, libraries and project templates.
Ensure model compliance with project BIM execution plans.
Support the BIM coordination team with model development tasks.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Deliver public health and fire BIM model packages in accordance with agreed project programmes.
Participate in model development and coordination meetings.
Coordinate model deliverables with multidisciplinary design teams.
Attend technical reviews and model quality checks.
Support tender and construction documentation preparation through accurate model outputs.
Contribute to successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects through effective model development.
