HVAC Engineer
AESG is hiring an HVAC Engineer to review smoke control systems, model fire scenarios, and help deliver safe, compliant building solutions across global projects.

Job Duties:
Support in the review of smoke control systems for buildings, including mechanical ventilation, pressurization systems, and natural smoke venting.
Review calculations, simulations, and analyses to model smoke movement and ventilation efficiency during fire scenarios, including CFD modelling.
Ensure all designs are in compliance with local SBC and international fire safety codes, such as NFPA 92, EN 12101, and other applicable standards.
Support in the review process, including client coordination, and resolution of comments.
Oversee the inspection of installation, commissioning, and testing of smoke control systems on-site, ensuring system functionality and safety compliance.
Provide advice on smoke management strategies, fire safety regulations, and building design optimization.
Conduct risk assessments and fire modeling for smoke propagation in complex building geometries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
